Buy - Shipping Terms & Privacy notice

Shipping is included in most of our products' prices, unless otherwise expressly indicated.

Some goods have lower pick-up price and if so, indicated at the product.
Some goods may have freight surcharge due to the remote locations. In such a case we will contact you for approval!

Freight outside Sweden is not included. Ask us for cost of freight!

Additional shipping may be provided if expressly stated in the respective article.

Freight
Our range consists of products that are stocked and shipped from our central warehouse or directly from the provider. Since the goods are stocked in various places, it means that the goods are sometimes shipped to you in different ways at no extra cost.

Mode of delivery
• Size and character determines whether your goods are shipped to you by mail parcels (often representative) courier or a mobile crane.
• The freight forwarder always rings at least 30 minutes before delivery. Some goods may however be delivered as parcel and does not follow with home delivery, but are provided for you to collect at nearest delivery point
• It is also possible to collect the goods to save freight cost, for some of our products.

NOTE! help to carry up the staircase or similar is not included

Delivery to islands without road connection is not included.

When you order big goods delivered by truck, it is your responsibility that connecting road to your shipping address allows the driving of heavy traffic. The confirmation of the order ensures that you as customer has acquired any necessary permits from road association and that the road allow trucking

Not accepted delivery / uncollected package
If you do not accept the delivery or do not collect your item at freight forwarder delivery point within 14 days, the delivery will be returned. 
You, the customer is then required to pay the return shipping, so ensure to pick up your package on time.

Delivery times
How long delivery your ordered building materials have depends on whether it is a stock item or to order you ordered. Stocked goods delivery time is normally 1-3 working days upon order before noon. 12 on weekdays other goods delivery time is usually 7 days.
Note that the specified delivery time may differ depending on where you live in the country and if the supplier is temporarily out of stock in the warehouse.

Transport damage:
Visible transport damage to goods or packaging claimed directly to the driver
on the shipping documents and the goods may not have been moved from the receiving location! therefore check
the goods carefully on delivery. Hidden transport damage must be reported within 24 hours. All packaging should be saved. Has this not been notified within 24 hours, it is not possible to receive compensation for transport damage.

Price Terms:
We reserve the right for price errors. Have you ordered a product at an incorrect price notifies you that. Orders are removed if desired. We reserve the right to withdraw a product if it is not paid then we have ownership until payment is registered.

Please note that buyers are not entitled to dispose of or resell the merchandise before it is fully paid.

Cardpayment no fee
You can choose to pay your goods with the card directly in our shop or store. We take Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. The money is deducted from your card when the order is recorded. When complaints / refunds are given the same credit card used to order. The money is not transferred to a separate account.
All information is transmitted encrypted (in an unreadable form) which means that the information is "confidential" and inaccessible to outsiders. All card transactions made through secure servers (SSL) via 3D-Secure and our partner DIBS.

Invoice no fee
We always do a credit check. If credit check is not passed, we can send you an invoice for payment in advance or you can set up a bank guarantee (Spärrförbindelse) via your bank.
On orders from 50 000 SEK we always invoice 20% of total amount in advance, even if you pass the credit check.
When paying by invoice, we collaborate occasionally with Svea Ekonomi AB. To pay by invoice, you must enter your social security number or company.
Condition to act against the bill include that you are registered in the population register in Sweden and is over 18 years. You may not have any credit remark history.
Invoice payment terms are 14 days. Late payment fee by the amount allowed by law, presently 50: - excl. VAT and interest at 2% per month.

Personal data, GDPR
If you are a Swedish citizen and choose Invoice as payment method, you have to add your 'personnummer' (social security number). By adding it, you agree that this data will be saved in our business systems (webstore, order- and economy systems). In some cases, also at our partner for invoicing services (SVEA Ekonomi). It will also be sent in e-mail (order confirmation) to the e-mail address that you stated at order and due to this, saved in our e-mail system (Microsoft Office 365).
Above also apply to other personal information such as name, e-mail, adress and telephone number, that we need to be able to contact you and advertise your delivery.

Laws and regulations
We apply the conditions set out in the Consumer Protection and Distance and Doorstep Selling Act.

Returns / Open purchase 20 days for individuals
You pay and arrange for return shipping. When damaged or missing packaging is returned deduction of 20%.

Right of return for companies
In cases where a trader is then applied Sale of Goods Act. Return deduction of 20% of its value is in addition to the cost of return shipping.

Guarantee
Warranty on all products according to the manufacturer warranty terms, at least 2yrs.

At Kompostcenter AB ("Kompostcenter") we are grateful to have you as a customer. It is important for us that you and your personal data are treated responsibly with regard to your integrity and that you will find out what information we collect about you and how we use it. For example, we would never sell your personal data to other part. This policy also describes your rights and how you exercise your rights.

When you use our services or shop at us, you can directly or indirectly provide us with information about yourself in a variety of ways, such as when you make a purchase via our website or store, contact us or use any of our services where you provide personal data.

What do we do with your information
When you order/purchase goods or services at Kompostcenter, you agree, and accepting a purchase agreement with Kompostcenter. In connection with this, your personal data may be saved and used to provide, perform and improve our services.

Based on the purchase agreement, your personal data will be processed to:
• Implement your purchase of goods and services and, if necessary, verify your identity for example at credit purchase
• Provide customer support and information about products and services that you request
• Deliver goods and services
• Any warranty, service and complaint matters
• Market products and services

If you give your consent, your personal data will be processed to:
• Send newsletters with current offers. We do not do this today, but it may happen in the future.

Kompostcenter may process personal data based on balancing of interests such as:

• Manage customer service issues and respond to requests, complaints and the like (provide good service, quality and education)
• Save commencement of orders / customer basket (provide a good service)
• Share with you and share to others, product evaluations of products (provide a good service)
• In order to prevent abuse of a service or to prevent and investigate criminal offenses against the company (prevent, investigate and disclose criminal offenses)

Who might we share your information with
In order to provide our services and deliver your goods to you, we may transfer to, or share your information with, selected third parties.

What suppliers and partners can we share your personal information with?
In order to fulfill our obligations to you and for other purposes described in this policy, Kompostcenter may share your personal data with suppliers, subcontractors and partners. All companies in the EU are governed by the GDPR Act, so your rights apply equally to our suppliers. We reserve the right not to name suppliers because of the risk of competition. However, we guarantee to forward and monitor any allegations of your rights directed against us to all parties involved (parties who may have accessed your personal information in connection with purchase at or in contact with Kompostcenter)

1) Payment and credit companies - To manage your payments, your data can be shared with financial companies. If you choose to use credit services provided through our partners, your personal data will be shared with payment and credit companies. Our partners may also receive credit status on purchases in connection with the application for credits (for example, purchase by invoice or partial payment).
2) Authorities - Due. legal requirements or with your approval, Kompostcenter may share your information with authorities such as, Customs, Taxation, Police or other authorities.
3) Transport (logistics companies and freight forwarders).
4) Marketing (print and distribution, social media, media agencies or advertising agencies).
5) IT services (companies that handle the necessary operations, technical support and maintenance of our IT solutions). When your personal information is shared with Personal Data Counseling, it is only for purposes that are consistent with the purposes for which we have collected the information (eg to fulfill our obligations under the Purchase Agreement).


Web analytics
We use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (www.google.com). Google Analytics uses methods that enable an analysis of your use of the site, such as "Cookies", text files stored on your computer. You can prevent the registration of the information about your use of the site, created by cookies (including your IP address), through Google, and processing of these data through Google by downloading and installing the plugin in the browser that you find using the following link: http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Security
Kompostcenter strives to protect your personal data and maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent inappropriate or involuntary disclosure, use, access, loss, alteration or damage to your personal data.
Only Kompostcenter or our suppliers' employees who need access to your personal information for a specific task will gain access to your personal data.

What we will not do with your personal data
We will not sell your personal data to third parties.


Where do we save your personal data
We will largely handle your personal data within the EU / ESS. If personal data is transferred to or processed in a non-EU country, Kompostcenter will take all reasonable legal, technical and organizational measures to ensure that your personal data is handled securely and with an adequate level of protection comparable to the protection offered in the EU / EEA.

How long will we save your data
We will only keep your personal data as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes specified in this policy. When we save your data for other purposes eg In order to meet Swedish law of accounting requirements, we save your data only as long as necessary and / or statutory for each purpose. We will conduct regular reminders and remove personal information if they are no longer needed.

Your rights
Right to access your data.
You can request a copy of the information we have about you and verify the information we have about you. The copy is free and we strive to give you answers within 30 days.

Right to rectification
You are entitled to have incorrect or incomplete information about yourself changed / corrected.

Right to be deleted ("the right to be forgotten")
If you do not want us to save your data, you are entitled to have your information deleted, provided that they are no longer necessary for the purpose they were collected for. However, there may be legal obligations such as accounting laws that prevent us from deleting parts of your data immediately. In that case, we will only save the data that we obligated by law to hold. If the treatment is based on consent and this is revoked, your data will be deleted. In the event that you invoke this right, keep in mind to file receipts for purchase. Cause in that case we will not be able to seek historical orders, purchases or communications on your behalf.

Right to limit
You are entitled to require that treatment be restricted if any of the following applies:
• If you deny that your personal information is correct
• The treatment is illegal
• We no longer need the information, but you need them to determine, claim or defend a legal claim.

Right to object
You are entitled to object to treatment if the legal basis for your treatment is balancing of interests or public interest.

Right to data portability
You are entitled to receive the personal data you provided to us, which is automatically processed to yourself or a new personal data controller if the legal reason is consent or that the processing was necessary to fulfill an agreement and this does not adversely affect third party rights. .

Right to withdraw consent
You may at any time withdraw any consent you granted to the Kompostcenter.

Rights on profiling
You are entitled not to be an object for decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which may have legal consequences or equivalent to you. However, this does not apply:
